Our healthy Kuchay Pies are PRECOOKED already by FLASH FRYING to achieve our signature thin, flaky & crunchy crust then FROZEN to preserve freshness. It can stay fresh and at its optimum for 60 days in the freezer. (FLASH FRYING - Cooking method that uses very hot oil and cooking food items quickly! In this manner, there is MUCH LESSER OIL ABSORPTION) No worries if your pies arrive not frozen. Since our healthy Kuchay Pies are FULLY COOKED already, it holds very well. Just store them in the freezer once you receive them. |
